There weren’t too many too innovations in 1956, but a few time tested favorites were released this year, including the popular dice game Yahtzee. (Hundreds of millions of sets of Yahtzee have sold over the years.) Other favorites of the 1950s were still around, including toys that helped children with their imagination – from toy telephones to walkie talkies with limited ranges.
